My desperate experience with Blue dart
From track sys of Blue dart I found my packet reached Cochin 0n 3 rd Jan 17 and every day morning I was getting one sms " your address not correct " till 12 th. In between one " smart guy " called from Bangalore office to " give false promise" that tomorrow will be delivered. Then again after 5 days finally I had to catch their rep from Airport, when the item reached home. The old man on contract with them confessed that only on 13 th the item was handed over to him. It is an amazing service by BLUEDART taking 15 days to deliver one parcel from delhi and though " SNAPDEAL" official called, apologised with assurance to take up the issue " AS USUAL’ no response.Both companies talk about service.it is all.i m sorry.atleast cant they publish one REAL genuine telephone number to contact, other tha recorded toll free no, which is again a deliberate CHEATING of customers.R B S Mony Ref pcl SO167696179
