Bluedart is the worst courier service in India. They have no idea where our parcels are and have no control over their field agents. My parcel 14229366701 is missing. The website says ’delivery delayed’ for the last 10 days.
When I called the local office, they said the parcel is missing and they can’t even get in touch with the field agent. Now they have stopped answering my calls. They charge a premium and then steal your goods. Stay away or you’ll lose your parcel and your goods.
