On 24th April 2022 I had a delivery message from Snapdeal through Bluedart saying that my item will be delivered today. But they didnt deliver the same. I was waiting since it was an urgent requirement. However while tracking through Snapdeal it shows delivery attempted, unsuccessful. This was absolutely wrong. They didnt come or call me for the delivery. Why do they do it? If they are not able to deliver it they should not take the order. Making us fools. Which is unacceptable.
Today 4th May 2022, again for the second time the same story happened. They didnt contact me, but status updated as delivery attempted, customer not responding. I have informed the customer care guy to take necessary action against the delivery boy. Deliver the product on the next day, but simply lying is not good.
