I had ordered some goods from Naaptol.com on 14th Oct’14. I got an sms from them on 20th Oct’14 that the goods have been dispatched via Blue dart vi AWB 57976855355 and the goods should reach me by 27th Oct’14. However, I haven’t received my goods as yet. Naaptol wants me to call Blue dart. **Blue Dart’s customer service nos. - both Gurgaon and centralized go unanswered.*
This is really shocking from a co. like Blue Dart. They charge you through the nose and this is the service.They should be banned from India.
