I am here because of very very poor service of your BlueDart of Yamuna Nagar district and its contact number is 9355577800 .
If we want to send any parcel then your Yamuna Nagar staff take it from any area but if we call for some thing via your courier service then they neither respond nor deliver our parcel .
After this , how can we believe on BlueDart service .

I called in Blue Dart courier service for enquiry of my parcel but they told me that we have informed the PAN card office that we can’t deliver the parcel to the recipient. But the BlueDart courier service didn’t inform me for my parcel dispatch otherwise I will receive it from their office.
Overall the mistake is yours when you knew that BlueDart service can’t deliver the parcel. Then why did give them the parcel ? I think you are educated staff but still you did the work of illiterate staff because of you I faced many problems regarding my parcel. Please resend my PAN card without any difficulty.
