Once again they let me down. The package was lying around for 2 days in their local office as some smart guy entered wrong pin code (omitted the last digit in the pin code) in the system. Hats off to the logistics as they failed to move even after 6 phone calls. Worst of all they won’t admit it was their fault to deliver the package to wrong PIN code to start with.
However, even if it were delivered to wrong PIN code how much time would require transferring it to the right delivery area? When asked the answer was next day at 4:00 PM, the day seems to end for this gigantic firm who are apparently partnering with DHL. Very different experience, surprising to see that they are least bothered about their client’s priority.
Avoid them if you are in hurry or if you are sending time critical information.
