I used to purchase books through online from a publisher in Bangalore. The usually send it through Professional courier and I get it after 2, 3 days. This time they sent it by Blue dart (I don’t know why). Even after 10 days I didn’t receive it at Trivandrum.
I contacted the publisher and registered a complaint. I tried to track it in the dirty site of Blue dart. The only status message I am getting is "Delay Caused Beyond Control Contact Customer Service". I sent 3 mails, but didn’t get any reply. I tried to contact over telephone from 9:30 am to 10 am continuously. Nobody was there even to pick the telephone. This is the worst courier service in India.
Pls tell your friends not to rely on Blue dart.
