Imagine they collected the parcel from me at Mumbai around 6pm & it reached its destination in Bangalore around 10AM next day.
They are a tad expensive but that’s acceptable for their DART speed delivery. I can track the shipment in realtime with SMS, & email facility linked to it. It also shows signature of person received with name & location details which is excellent feature.
One can call their customer care anytime & get the trace of shipment. They have very good rates for corporate customers. I think DHL & fedex are the only close competitor of them.I would definitely recommend their fast, reliable service to anyone who wants important parcels to be shipped.
