I had to send some very urgent documents from Mumbai to Lucknow, therefore chose Blue Dart as I expected it to be the speediest and most reliable. How wrong I was.
First of all the person who came to collect the package on 10th June said there was no fast track service to Lucknow but assured us that it would be delivered by 12 noon on the 12th. LIE.
Then, leaving all other business aside, the addressee waited all day for the letter on the 12th till 8.30 p.m. Yet the tracking system showed that he was not available for delivery at 6.30 p.m. LIE.
When I called at our end I was assured it would be delivered on the 13th by 12 noon. LIE.
To crown it all the person on the other end of the line told me that it was an ordinary delivery.
Hello! Wake up Blue Dart! I had asked for urgent delivery at the start and was denied it.
