I had ordered an Acer Laptop from flipkart as a gift for my mother. They relied on "Blue Dart" for the delivery - which I was unhappy about, based on my bitter experiences with bluedart.
Now, coming to this product -
First the website showed train delayed hence cannot deliver and they took 5 days to change that status.
When I followed up, bluedart tried to convince me saying "address incorrect" when 5 other products got delivered same day from flipkart on the same address.
"Address incorrect - contact customer service" was the status for 4 days.
When I followed up again, they said contact the branch.
When I tried contacting the branch, they said product is out for delivery.
Neither me nor my mother has received any calls or confirmation after that.
We are feeling hopeless now waiting for the product and flipkart & bluedart claims it is delivered to your neighbour. Neither my mother, nor I has authorised to deliver such an expensive item to my neighbour. My neighbour says they have not received anything.
Asking for the persons signature who received the parcel, they said we are investigating.
I dont know if I will get my money back, but I am fighting for it.
And request to you all is, please do NEVER send anything through bluedart at the risk of your peace of mind and theft of the product.
