I had an issue with a courier delivery boy who placed a "Miss you" notice on gate when I was very much there inside my house.I complained to the customer care.Immediately I received a call from their manager and he assured me that I will get it by 7pm same day.
Infact I got it at 6.50pm itself.I was really surprised to experience such a good customer service from courier industry where customer complaints are mostly neglected.Hats off to Bluedart!
