I have a parcel which required to be delivered from Mumbai to Pune. It is dispatched on 11th may from Mumbai, but till today (17May) I have no information where is my parcel. A local courier can also get same thing with in 2-3 days. but for a simple small parcel they require 7 days to get it delivered.
