Every time a courier is sent to me I get a mail stating that the courier has been returned back to the sender, and this is not the first time it has happened. But unfortunately all my mutual fund registrars CAMS & Karvy use this pathetic courier service so every time a dividend or other post is sent I had to make a trip to the local office to pick the courier my self and the reason they quote every time is that the address is not found, surprisingly there office is just 0.5Kms from my home on the same road and my home is on a main road and just besides to HDFC bank, either they should be blind or so dumb they could not figure out a bank on the same the same as their office is.
They themselves mark as address not found without even making up a call documents sent to chennai address were misplaced which took 7 days to trace. And at last not the least their cust service - can’t expect any better than their address locating skills @ very pathetic with very arrogant staff.
