I have been getting bluedart shipment since as long as I joined online shopping sites. Few of my shipment came from bluedart specially from StarCJ, ShopClue and every single time it was delayed with no information at all on their website.
Tracking tool on their site doesn’t no any information as long as 2 days of shipment dispatched. A few of the worst time it started showing information after getting the shipment. They dont show any call center no easily because they know people will abuse them a lot. so forget about getting any help by customer care. I live in pune, if I am getting any package from Mumbai via them, it takes 5 days(by DTDC its max 2 days) and if it is coming from Delhi/NCR, it takes min 10 days. Currently I am waiting for a shipment which was dispatched 12 days before from Delhi and still showing no information on their tracking tool.
Bluedart.. Even if you will be the last courier service on earth, I’ll go myself to deliver my things. You made even government services works better than you.
