Package was reattempted with this AWB originally they faile dto deliver saying that they could not locate address or more details were required.
Now here’s the interesting part. I’ve seen some really bad courier services calling or at least whatsapping or asking around the address. These guys neither called nor used any web media to send message. They apparently have not even come to my House, which clearly shows on google maps once address is fed.
Best part come s now. Parcel status says delivered. Not sure whom they have given it to and got a signature?their customer care number says it busy!
Pathetic service.
