I must say BlueDart is the worst courier service in Pune.
I had ordered two shipments online which were to be deliver to me via this nonsense company. According to their website & un-trained customer care my shipment is lying at pune wherehouse for last two days(I don’t know what takes them so long to deliver)
Moreover the customer care lady "Nisha" see needs training as she don’t at all have customer values & their team is very arrogant. For last two days I am calling for the shipment & always shes giving me false commitment that your product will be delivered today or by 3 PM & so on .
So the final verdict: Beware of Bluedart. If you are ready to take tension, love waiting then please go for it!
