Two times they put me in pinpoint by not delivering important documents to me at right time. They hold that document in their office for three days. When I called their office, customer care executives not replied properly. At last I went stright away to bluedart office and collected the documents.

This is the third time my courier is misplaced/undelivered by blue dart courier. This time a courier form Google Hyderabad office to Kerala. I contacted their customer care executive, there is no proper replay from their end. This is the very important document form google office. It is addressed to my house at Tellichery, Kerala. I contacted Tellichery Blue dart center, they said they dont have system to check track the courier.
Then they gave nearest Blue dart office phone number, that is situated at Kannur. I contacted over there they are telling it is still at Hyderabad. In their website it showing as courier has dispatched from Hyderabad, dated 12th of this moth, today it is 14th. Blue dart people dont know where is the courier.!!
