I have recent counter with Blue dart Express Ltd., experience was not so good & its quite annoying.
I had a courier from ICICI bank ltd. which was containing the debit card and Internet user ID of my account. First of all they have very rude staff who do not wish to provide the information to the customer in a proper manner.
My delivery was schedule on 07.01.2016, in morning I received a call from one of delivery guy who was assigned to deliver my courier. He confirmed me address & said that will deliver it by afternoon. I waited for him throughout the day as I need to withdrawal cash which is short due to demonetization of currency.
When I checked in the evening, I surprised to found that courier company tracker shows that courier was undelivered due to wrong address/incomplete address. When I talk to customer care executive, they said my document will be delivered in next two working days. But again I courier tracker shows that same thing on next day also.
I have to reapplied for debit card, then It was sent by the other courier company within 2 working days.
A BIG NO TO BLUEDART!
