My docking number is 13675249291. My father sent a courier from chinchwad , Pune on 26/3/13. The courier was supposed to reach me with 24 hrs. However since I did not receive my courier my dad went back to the courier office to complain. He was told on 29/3/13 that courier personnel did not find any one at home.
Whereas this is completely false. I was at home the whole day. However when the courier reached my building gate my intercom was not working and the personnel did not care to call me on the cellphone.
When he arrived today on 30/3/13 he told me that the company does not pay them to call the customers.
It is completely unprofessional that after charging such a hefty sum from customers, BLUE DART are unable to deliver. How can Blue dart after charging such a huge fee not provide their personnels with a mobile phone so that they can complete their job?
We had to go through a lot of hassles and mental tension at both ends(me and my dad). I do not recommend blue dart to anyone.
