Recently I placed an order on snapdeal.com and they shipped the product using blue dart which is by far the lamest courier service. You rarely get a chance to talk to their executive. customer care calls get disconnected frequently. They make up strange excuses for not delivering stuff & ask you to get it from their office themselves. The delivery guys SUCK. big time.
Their excuses include "Network delays, prohibited area /entry restricted(in areas like delhi!)"
Note to e-commerce companies, if you want good reputation dont use blue dart
