I am writing this review after the same thing happened multiple times with a number of my packages. Today, I was supposed to receive a package. The delivery guy rang the bell of neighbors on ground floor instead of my 2nd Floor. Still, they showed him my bell. He rang and left immediately despite their telling that I was home he said the bell is not working!
I was standing near my door and when he rang, I came out within a "couple of seconds" and found nobody. My neighbors told that he left. I called the customer service and got the same template response, "We will ask him to be careful tomorrow." No apology, no definite assurance or action. This is after I told them that this has become a regular feature and happening each time.
The exactly same story has repeated many times now. An urgent courier of mine was delivered after 2 weeks because the delivery guy returned 5-6 times while I was at home on all the occasions! I have serious doubts whether he actually came or not.
They used to be the best at some point of time but now, officially the worst services!
