I had bad experience with Blue dart Kammanahalli, Bangalore. 2 times my consignment was not delivered. And status updated in consignee door locked thought there was no person visited my home to deliver.
3rd time consignment shipped again. I was waiting at home to take delivery of consignment. I had 4 follow-up calls with Blue dart office. They promised to deliver by 7 pm.
Finally at 7pm I see the consignment status as "Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed". When I call Blue dart customer care they said courier field boy tried to deliver no one available at home.
When I shouted on Blue dart customer care, they arranged call from the Kammanahally branch. The guy who called on my number and said... "sir, we don’t have any person to deliver the consignment today, we will deliver by tomorrow".
My immediate question to him was, why this status updated as consignee premises locked? No reply from him.
Be care of with such reply. Indeed blue dart charges are more. However, most of the time services during delivery is too bad.
