How dare you Blue Dart return an order without even contacting the customer? If you don’t deliver to certain pin codes I believe you should make that clear at the receiving end.
I have had 2 orders that have been returned by Blue Dart Coimbatore without even contacting me the customer. Amazon was under the impression that the order had been delivered until I wrote to ask the status of the order. I then contacted the seller and received the following note:
"This is to inform you that we have dispatched the product to you by Bluedart tracking AWB# 69499735012, however it is returning to us as Delivered Back To Shipper
Hence, order is auto cancelled & refund is initiated"
Blue Dart does not have a good reputation of delivering on time- but now they are apparently also known to return shipment to seller without contact with the customer.
I will also pursue this matter with the Consumer Affairs Ministry and the leadership of Blue Dart.
