I Purchased an Order from Amazon, which was couriered by them through Bluedart with tracking id as 35037808960 on 29/05/2018. The order was scheduled to reach me by 02/06/2018.
I havent received a word from your company on delivery of my order and thus I made a call to your executives on 02/06/2018 to make sure things go well as planned, but to my surprise I was informed that my order will get delivered by Monday(I. E) 04/06/18.
I havent received any updates, even on the evening of 04/06/2018( The so called Monday), so I thought of making a call again to your representatives. I was informed by them that the order got delivered to a nearby station, and the representative even asked me he can share the office address if Im willing to go and collect it from there.
Im totally disappointed by the way of this approach. Bluedart people should have informed me in the morning that the product is delivered to nearby station and should asked about my opinion whether I could collect from there or they can deliver it on next day.
The tracking details clearly shows that the package got delivered to nearby station by 01/06/2018. If Bluedart cant deliver to a place why they accept orders for that pincode?.
The Product was ordered as a Birthday gift, which is to be given by today(04/02/2018). Thankfully Bluedart made sure that I wont be getting the product by today.
I am a Quoran on Quora Platform, I think I should share these cheap takes by your representatives in that platform.
