We had a very urgent courier( less than 200 gms) to be sent, these guys as usual made tall claims that courier will reach by 10:30 in the morning, it was already informed that courier is super urgent for which they took 8 times the normal courier charges, charging us 410 rupees only to realise that they have sent by normal courier, on having called the helpline number . numerous times they are very casually asking us to wait 24 hours for an update, im thinking of filing a police compliant in this matter so that no other person is fooled by these tactics
what they do is tell you( there might be a possibility of flight mismatch and the courier may get offloaded due to over booking) just like a declaration that " this may happen and if it happens THEN YOUR COURIER will be the one being held back ", even after paying such a huge cost for a envelope courier you realise that " you courier has been left behind " . which is all lies and they are trying to take advantage of situation, trying to make ridiculous money
I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID THEIR SERVICES at any cost
