Bluedart is a waste of time. They called me yesterday afternoon at around 1PM that the package will be delivered by 4PM at my office. Even though I was on leave and had other plans for the evening, I waited at my office till 7PM, but he didn’t deliver. In between I made around 20 calls to the person who called me I the afternoon to inquire when exactly he was planning to deliver the package. The guy didn’t even care to attend my calls. I found his number busy at times which means he could have answered my calls if he wished to. I even SMSd to the mobile number regarding the same. I tried calling their office numbers too many times, but they never attended. Once I left the office and was traveling back to my home, this guy called me again saying he was sorry for the delay.
I wouldn’t have mind if that guy informed me that he would be late so that I could plan my things. But this idiot just wasted my day. They couldn’t even do the simplest of things like attending a call. Wat more to expect from them?
I thought Bluedart was an excellent courier service, but looks like they are the worst in terms of customer service.
Their tracking service is also of no use as it does not provide much information. My package was to be delivered from Delhi to Calicut, and the only info they provided from the tracking page, until the guy called me was "In Transit" On the other hand Aramex has a very good tracking page with point to point delivery information between their various centres, right from the starting point to destination. I was expecting a similar experience, but totally disappointed. I am not sure if Bluedart office will be working today (Sunday). If yes I would prefer going there to get my package.
I will never recommend Bluedart to any one.
