My pkg AWB no 42752996123 is showing status’consignee not available’ for last two days while the address on it is my office address. I present there 8 am to 8 pm. NOT A SINGLE ATTEMPT is made by you to deliver the pkg. while u r showing tht u made two attempt. There should be a limit for telling lies.
This is 2nd time when I am facing the same situation. Just in Feb-15 month my pkg(EV15045122079) showing the same 2 attempt bt u never made a single attempt to deliver the pkg actually. Even when I called the local office the delivery boy told me that he have been delivered a pkt to me last week and he know me.Even he know that was the pkg he delivered to me.
I tried to make a call in local office but no response even after trying 10 times.Such a pathetic service I never use before.
If telling lies is ur profession thn thr are more better options in the market rather than a courier company.
