Poor service insensitive employees 2016-17



  • They never call you before delivering your package.




-Poor customer care. Reaching via phone is impossible.


-In e-mails the response is mechanical( As per standard procedure we cannot do this.and that). No efforts to solve the problems. Bureaucratic approach. I wonder if its actually a private enterprise!


My personal experience has been very bad( 3 times in a row). Right now I am trying to receive my SBI credit card since December 14 2016. Today its 17th February 2017. The delivery person never calls me and later I receive a message regarding requirement of additional address details. The card has been sent to and fro between Gurgaon and Delhi 3 times already! There is no provision to collect it from their center either( against Standard Operating Procedure)!


My Credit card billing cycle has already started.
