I send one courier with the assurance that it will be delivered by 10th. Curiou came at the delivery location early in the morning and marked as out for delivery. However delivery agent didn’t even try to deliver it today and updated the status with incomplete address. But with same address and same person will deliver the parcel after 2 days when there is no use of that.
On top of that they have world class customer service where no one will be picking the call when needed. Today I was calling from past 6 hours. Not a single phone was picked up.
Didn’t expect such a worst delivery agent from BlueDirt. Local courier will be better this expensive and unreliable courier.
