I had booked a courier from DHL office Banashankari 2nd Stage office, BANGALORE and the Waybill number is 39913307825. Before booking we had told you team the Urgency & same need maximum of 1 day delivery. Blue Dart office called the customer care and spoke to Sushma and confirmed that same can be delivered in 1 day and booked the consignment.
Based on your promised we booked, but the Horror story started from there after. I was tracking the consignment, next day when I spoke to customer care. First they suggested that consignment has been booked late hence it has not moved. Immediately within a minute they confirmed no sir it is in transit. They requested to call later after 12:00.
I called at 11:45, 12:15, 12:45 and 1:15 approximately. During this period, Customer care gave me excuses like systems are down, due to bad whether the consignment was not loaded. I had been requesting the escalation manager details from customer care they were neither transferred nor giving me the details.
At 1:15 they are suggesting that the delivery will be tomorrow. They will get the delivery done on priority tomorrow ie., 22nd before 11 PM. In fact I went office due to downtime in application to your Panjim office.
The person there stated that DHL is different from Blue dart. The way bill number provided is DHL and they should not contact Blue dart. The commitment was given by Bangalore and by Us even after confirming that we have called your customer care before booking. Day 2 when I call your customer care at 9:15, Gayathri - delivery will be possible tomorrow and cut the call.
Again when called another lady named Leelavathi suggested the delivery will be done in the evening. I told Leelavathi that your team suggested that the delivery by 11 AM was committed. She told it was a wrong commitment. Is this the way you people take responsibility and Commit the customer.
Friends do not go by these peoples advertisements especially about smaller location. These people are business minded. They are only good to corporate tie up and for normal customers.
