I am resident of Patiala, Punjab. Bluedart service in Patiala is very poor. People here didnt respond to calls made by customers regarding their courier. My order was out for delivery on 20 June 2017 but in evening msg came to me that address was incomplete although my mobile no was also mentioned there but no one called on that. Next day i.e. on 21st June 2017 I called bluedart office but no one responded. I made 8-10 calls but no one picked up. I again called in evening someone responded and told me that no one is available today to deliver the parcel. After that I visited the Bluedart office that was around 10 kms from my house and typed mail while sitting in their office regarding customer service as same happens in my presence no one didnt reply to calls made by customers and landline keeps on ringing again and again. Worst experience. I also attached my couriers front address pic so that higher officials can find out whether my address was incomplete or not. And the very same day a call from their headoffice came and assured me that this will not happen again. If any of you are also coming across with this type of customer service with any service providing companies you can approach their higher officials so that they can take appropriate action. Thanks.
