I had my passport delivered to my home from my office and was worried sick about it reaching me because of the service.
The online tracking - Does tell you where the passport is but there have been some network delays delaying the delivery. Then it was at one place(Chilakaluripet) for 2 days straight. The status showsout for delivery and it didnt reach me.
Customer service - Had to call 4 different offices. They keep re-directing that its not their concern, in fact the online tracking shows that the passport was at their office during certain times. But they had no clue.
Delivery - So much for it. Paid for door delivery but after soo many phone calls, they say.aah! may be it is here. call me after 15 mins. And after 15 mins. I think it is here, let me check. can u come pick it up?(at around 8 PM). Didnt wanna argue anymore as it is an important document to receive. So I had to track the guy, and picked up.
Complain or Compliment - This is even ridiculous. I went to their site to write feedback. It says E-mail Arun Nangpal, the vice president or Anil Khanna etc. for ur complaints or compliment and the e-mail links are broken. Well the worst customer service runs from the top!
