12487011386 is the shipment number - I called thrice and there customer care crappy people put me on hold . They say they tried to deliver it to my home but thats absolutely false statement as security told me that no person came.I also spoke to your executive twice that that I wont be available at home and twice I called them to get it delivered to office but my efforts are in vain and the shipment has reached no where.It has caused me huge business loss but how is bothered.Blue dart sucks. Stay away.
other customer review: Blue Dart is disgusting. No performance, no customer service, inconvenience caused to customer. And to top it, my experience in the last 6 months. Believe me, Blue Dart has done all sorts of things to show how ill-managed they are and how they cannot correct their mistakes. They have delivered my credit cards to old addresses and to a totally unknown person without verification. They have sent back my cards several times. They have kept my cheque from HSBC with them for 11 days without even one delivery attempt. No one visits my place, yet they update the status as premises locked. Everytime I call them 4-5 times before they keep their promise to deliver. Even talking to their Managers in chandigarh or Delhi customer service does not help. Blue Dart delivers once and on the next packet - says area is out of delivert. This is torture. Unfortunately, all banks use Blue Dart for sending cards. They should change Blue Dart as their courier partner and use DTDC or some other. luckily Citibank sends sms with the tracking ID, so at least you know that its time to fight out with Blue Dart. some firms dont do that. you get to know only after its returned.
