Out of 20+ shipments received in last yr(I do lot of online shopping) the standard reply I got from them while tracking is "await delivery information " or "flight/ vehicle delayed" or contact customer service.
They do not have published numbers of their branches, but have one standard call center number, which gets connected after 3-4 tries....
Their guys are lazy: one delivery boy got that we are not at our home in working days/ hours; so he used to call us and would tell to pickup from their branch. Once I caught when I was at home and he called without attempting delivery.
Later I started choosing my office address (where security guy can receive it 24X7) for receiving goods. But these guys did height there too. Couple of times I got tracking as: "customer premises closed" (although it was not.) and "holiday so did not delivered."
These guys should learn from their mistakes. Recently some of the online shopping companies have stopped delivering through them and started their own delivery firms/ partners. Leading are Myntra, Yebhi and Jabong- Javas. These people do fastest delivery for their consumer. Blue dart should take it as threat to business.
I never attempted to send my courier through them as their charges are too high..and know their performance...
