Blue Dart courier charged me extra of Rs.112 as service charge for clearing octroi papers.
The receipt was made for Rs.1000 despite of a letter mentioning the value of commodity being Rs.525. I had to pay octroi (Rs.60) plus the service charge (Rs.112) which totaled to Rs.172.
Blue Dart Courier has cheated me for extra charges classified as ’service charges’ for clearing octroi papers.
In addition to it, they provide me a hand forged receipt without employee code and cashier signature.
I think they are running a racket to extol money under the pretext of ’service charge’ on Octroi liable deliveries.
