Bluedart tracker status shows "Consignee not available" where are they never contacted me for delivery. It is clear that they are not able to deliver on time and shows this status to cheat customers and the shipper
Finally after multiple follow ups the delivery happened after 6 days. Up on asking the delivery boy about fake status his answer was "Sir manpower issues". I think they should increase manpower for reduce business rather that cheating customers.
