The courier service is extremely unreliable. Had worst experiences with last 2-3 deliveries. Everytime they schedule the delivery, then reschedule it themselves without attempting delivery. After 2-3 rescheduling messages they change the status to delivered without even doing the actual delivery. The other times they cited incorrect address issue and consignee was not available whereas we were available all the time. And above than all this their employees are so free that they enough time to always stay on phone, trying to impress their own customers, asking for their pictures. I would have attached the photos of the messages courier guy sent me on whatsapp but I won’t do it coz of my own security. No person would want it. We are expecting safe environment for ourselves, not something these scoundrels ruin for us. This is the worst experience I had with any courier company. I had ordered and sent so many packages with so many different companies but this company seems it wants to set the most downgraded standards in logistics.
