Everytime an online seller chooses bluedart for delivery of a product , I used to feel very sad and disappointed. The package used to get redirected around Bangalore for couple of days before reaching me. This is because of the wrong allocation of my area’s pincode to the wrong hub. Amazing customer care mind of ppl like Mr. Vijen, will keep the system running for customers, despite the system errors that big companies ignore to correct.
Hope Bluedart corrects the database so that all my packages reach me without delays without follow-ups.
