Dear Bluedart,
I have a parcel which I was expecting to deliver yesterday but delivery boy couldnt find my address due to which I didnt get my parcel.
I have contacted blue dart customer care and reschedule the delivery, Today he has called me and I have guided him the address properly.
He understood my proper house location, but he didnt deliver it because courier was heavy and Courier van was 20 to 50 meter away from my house.
Then he told me that I will not deliver it as it is heavy weight.
After that he returned from my address & after that I have contacted him More the 50 times but he didnt pick my call.
Now I am feeling so disappointed. What kind of service Blue dart is providing.
