I run an e-commerce company in Noida and I have been trying to get a Blue Dart account for delivery since 4 months now. They have so much attitude that they wont even follow up with you. I started approaching them when we were shipping 5 orders a day (and the business was not interesting to them) and today we do over 50 shipments a day but still things are same.
I am writing this post so that top management knows whats going on. I have heard their delivery is good, which is why we want them but seriously if I had a choice, I would not follow up with them. If they have such poor client service, I wonder how can they have good customer service.
