CARELESS AND LIER STAFF - " BLUE DART COURIER "

I HaD GoT Many CouRiers From BLU DART EXPRESS As I Am A SHOPAHOLIC And Every Week I OrdereD Something For MySelf And Most Of The Time I Had ReceiveD My Order From There COURIER. BuT I Had Never Courier Anything Through Them, Recently In The AuguST MontH BEFORE RAKSHA BANDHAN My GrandMother Was WorrieD As She EVERY YEAR She Courier RAKHI TO HER BROTHER, But This Year She Forget To Courier RAKHI And When She Remembered AbouT It Just Only 3 Days Had Left AnD INDIAN POST OFFICE MANAGEMENT Had RefuseD To COURIER IT ON SUcH ShorT PerioD.


~ At That MomenT I Got An ThoughT To DELIVER IT THROUGH BLU DART EXPRESS I Contact Them And TheRe Staff Had Said That It Will Reach Before RAKSHA BANDHAN But The AmouNT Will Be ChargeD DoubleD For It And My Courier Will Be Post On EXPRESS SPEED POST, I BookeD An COURIER PICKUP REQUEST And I Had Paid The 370 AMOUNT Through DEBIT CARD, After 2 Hours The Guy From BLU DART EXPRESS Had Taken Parcel from Our Home And At That Moment I Was Sure From Inside That It Will Be DelivereD On Time.


~ On RAKSHA BANDHAN MORNING My GrandMother Had CalleD Her Brother To Confirm Whether They Had ReceiveD CourieR, But They Said That No Courier Had CamED I CalleD On BLU DART EXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE But Nobody Picks My Call As The Festival Had DestroyeD By Them On The Next Day Itself I CalleD Them Again To Know That What HappeneD With My Courier DeliveRy The Staff Member Said The Courier Had Been DELIVERED.


~ I Again Reconfirm From My Relative On Another Line Is It Actually Delivered Or Not But They Said That They Had Not ReceiveD Any COURIER, I Told The Executive To Stop LyinG As The Executive Said That The COURIER HAD RECEIVED BY MY COUSIN BROTHER ITSELF Whose NameD Had Been Given By Me So That Courier Would Easily DelivereD.


~ But At That Moment My Relative Cousin Was NOT IN THE TOWN AS I WAS UNAWARE AT THE MOMENT WHILE I AM COURIERING IT FROM MY HOME ADDRESS, So HOW HE CAN RECEIVE IT IF HE IS NOT IN The TowN And After HearinG That Line The Staff EXECUTIVE DroppeD The Call By SayinG That There Is Disturbance In Line And We Are Dropping The Call While In RealiTy The Line Was Clear, I Called Them Again But They Didn, t Pick My Call.


~ After Trying Again For Long Time One Of THE EXECUTIVE FROM CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE STAFF PickeD My Call I Again ExplainED Her Hole Issue, He Said That He Is Forwarding My Issue To The Higher Authorities And Within 24 HRS I WILL Got An Call From Their SenioR AuthoritieS Regarding This IssuE And They Will Help Me.


~ But No Call Had Camed, And When I Called Them Again They Said Same Thing Every Time That My Compaint Is In ProgreSS And Higher Authorities Looking Forward To It And Soon They Will Contact Me But NOVEMBER Month Had CameD I CalleD Them After Every 3 To 4 Days But Now They Said That Courier Has Been DelivereD And Now They Can, t Take AnyResponsibility Of It And Simply DroppeD The Call.


I Will Never ThoughT To Courier Anything From Their Service, As STAFF SIMPLY TRY TO RAISE THEIR HANDS FROM COMPLAINTS AND ISSUE, And Simply TrieD To Run From It. They LieD To The Customers And Cheat With Them By KEEPING THEIR COURIER WITH THEMSELF OR MISPLACED THEM, And I Had Lost Courier And Money Both And GOD KNOWS That Where My Courier Is So Use Its Service On Your Own Risk As The Possibility Of Breaking Your TRUST AND FAITH Is Very HiGH.
