Very bad courier service. Tracking system is horrible, no real time updates. It takes too much time to deliver a product, even in proper locations. Most of the courier boys do not use their uniforms. Sometimes they even behave roughly with customers. Customer service numbers are for no use, nobody picks up the phone. In some cases they will not even deliver your product in 10-15days, then you will have to go to their office to collect your product where you will get so many different excuses about why they were unable to deliver your product at your home.
