I m very disappointed with Bluedart courier services . I ordered a pack of Almonds online four days befor and their delivery partner was Bluedart , I think my courier will arrive at right time but I was wrong.
Bluedart send me msg that your courier will arrive at 31st july. I waited whole day for my order but at evening I received an another msg that your courier has been returned due to not proper adress. They never call me even a single time before doing this.On the other hand, I already have received many couriers at the same address.
They send me a customer care number for changing delivery address. As I tried to call at that number, it was saying "all the executives are busy now" then suddenly my call recieved and disconnected after 2 sec. automatically, they also cut an amount for this short duration. Customer care services are not satisfactory and reliable.
It was very gloomy day for me. In future I’ll never like to order anything with Bluedart courier services.
