Total fraud. They are scam, will update false status blaming the receiver always. Happened with me several times. SpeedPost is best.
I am attaching the tracking details of one of my bluedart courier, you can get the picture of how these cheaters operate. Nobody called or reached me, but you can check the status, first it says address is wrong, then says consignee is not available. If the address was incorrect, how it got corrected next day, may be 3rd day they will update a different status, will update here.
Worst delivery boys available. The reason is the quality or standard of the courier boys they are using. At least IndiaPost recruits through proper method, bludart, aramax or similar couriers simply pick guys from road, therefore its obvious that there quality will be poor only.
Recently I heard, bluedart guys are involved in credit card scam and now I am facing it. Actually this particular courier is a credit card delivery, they will knowingly delay the delivery, and harass customer intentionally to collect information for scam, try to steel credit card data etc. Even open seal CC couriers also reported to received.
Some persons reported that cards returned, as they failed to collect the card data from the customer.
A you can see from the status that bluedart, they are delaying the delivering, now I have got a call from a number, saying they are from the bank, marked as spam in truecaller. They are asking me, whether I have received my card or not, as I said no, they told me that they will arrange the delivery at one of my addresses, asked me where to deliver and wanted to know the address.
I inquired how thy can arrange the delivery, as they are not from the courier, because the delivery address already confirmed and according to that the courier has already been shipped and which is currently in my city, so how can the bank change that?
then they asked me to confirm me the CC last fore digits, I will verify those after receiving, if I find those are matching with the CC, I shall file a case against bluedart as I suspect this is a scam, they are trying to collect information regarding myself and do some fraud. Though I have not disclosed any information.
My advice: ask your bank not to send cards through bluedart, and Never use bluedart. ad never share any personal information
