Pathetic service Blue dart is providing. We have ordered printer catridge from HP. They handover the goods to Blue dart courier service on 15th September. we received even the tracking number from bluedart. But today is 21st September it was showing that the goods will be delivered by today but when I called there customer support number which is 18602331234 they said that we cannot deliver this by today as there is some problem. Almost a week has been gone and still such response from them. Worst experience ever with them. There services are pathetic and worst. I would like to recommend DTDC instead of this atleast they delivered the goods on time they promised us.
