Hello everyone, I have always had tough time dealing with Bluedart as they are performing below par in Baroda.
I’ve had in-numerous bad time, the first being their PAN CARD delivery.
The PAN department sent my friend’s Pan Card through Blue Dart but they did not deliver it to him, nor had the courtesy of contacting him(though the contact details were provided). It later so happened that they returned it back to PAN Dept. quoting that ’’Consignee had provided wrong address’’ but the fact being they do not have service in his area.
My friend had a tough time dealing with PAN dept in order to get his PAN Card back.
As I speak for my friend, I also have to share my experience with Bluedart.
I usually order things from Letsbuy who deliver it to me through Bluedart.
And always the delivery is delayed. But the best part about such a delay is that the courier reaches Baroda, however they keep it with themselves and I have to go to their office to collect it fearing that they might return it back to the shipper with some non-sense remark.
