If you have some urgent document or courier or package you need to get delivered somewhere on urgent basis, than PLEASE DO NOT KEEP YOUR FAITH IN BLUEDART. They only say next day delivery, but they are incapable of handling any courier requests. There staff is worst than government staff, who doesn’t like to work at all. For them this is not a responsible job, it is something which they are doing part time, till they get a good job somewhere else. DO NOT TRUST BLUEDART WITH YOUR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS, they will simply make your life living hell for the next week’s time, till your courier is finally delivered. I sent a courier and that too by mistake through this company, otherwise I was planning to send it through FEDEX, but the shopkeeper, sent this courier through BLUEDART, rather than FEDEX, and I am still in a deep problem because of that. The courier was supposed to be delivered in the same city and for them it is too difficult to even deliver it the next day. It’s been 4 days and still it is not yet delivered, wherein, I was promised that it will be delivered next day. If you are an important Business and would like to run your business smoothly, and want your documents delivered on time, please do not trust BLUEDART at all. All these people are doing is, putting in incorrect status online, e.g. incorrect PIN CODE, where in there is no issue with the PIN Code, or it’s a Holiday and other stupid reasons.
Use Indian Postal Services rather, it is way better than BLUEDART, it was a pathetic experience with BLUEDART and I will not use it ever again.
