I never prefer bluedart as I have faced a lot of issues with them in the past.
But there are few companies that I like who deliver by bluedart only. My order was expected yesterday but they haven’t delivered it yet! In my trekking i’d it’s showing that my parcel have reached chiku wadi borivali branch of bluedart but when I tried to contact them most of the numbers are unavailable and the number which are available no one is picking that phone. My sister wedding is there and it was a urgent parcel and I specially requested them to deliver it on time as it was an emergency. Now I don’t have any choice except to wait for them to deliver my parcel, I even can not contact them. I especially don’t recommend anyone there courier service and after this incident I hate it even more. These people just have name for nothing as customer service is something that they don’t understand I think!
