My consignment picked up for on 12 th March 2011 from Baroda to Bangalore, has not been delivered after 4 days. It has been sitting just in the godown for the past three days. What a poor show. I
called up the customer service morning and evening every day for the last three days and they keep bluffing of attempted delivery and assures delivery before noon every time. On tracking window, the message appears as attempted delivery. I cross checked with the consignee, a public institution office, which is never closed whole day and confirmed that blue dart did not make any attempts to deliver.
As some body els wrote, this is a joke of a courier service. One can get a regular postal or ordinary courier mail delivered faster. They will mark your letter as’consignee’s premises closed’ or ’Address not Found’ even before attempting delivery. They would tell absurd excuses to the customer at the service centre
I had to search the MD of Blue Dart on the net and found the contact from a rare page and has suggested to see if he can improve the services.
