I have ordered an item on Amazon.in on 3rd of may 2014. Next day I got info that it is being dispatched through Blue Dart. no sms confirmation was made by Blue Dart, regarding status of my item.
On 6th may 10:30 am I got an sms that the item is out for delivery. I was excited and thought is better to stay at home and receive the item till evening 8:00 pm I didn’t receive the item! Instead of that I got an sms, that the addressee was not at home. Also I checked on Blue Dart’s site which states attempted to deliver at 3:30 pm.
Neither I got any call from Blue Dart guy, nor did anyone come to my place.
This is pathetic, how can one trust to this kind of service by Blue Dart?
